These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all websites, booking pages, entertainment service websites, party planning websites, and related online services operated by J Kingsman Inc.

By accessing any J Kingsman Inc. website, submitting a booking request, making a payment, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to place a reservation, book entertainment services, or hire performers through any J Kingsman Inc. website.

By using our services, you confirm and represent that you are at least 21 years old.

2. Booking Requests & Payments

Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee performer availability until confirmed by J Kingsman Inc.

Deposits may be required to reserve entertainment services, party buses, or special event packages.

By submitting payment, you authorize J Kingsman Inc. to charge the agreed amount using your selected payment method.

You confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled event may receive a future booking credit valid for up to one (1) year.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once services, performers, transportation, or event scheduling has been reserved.
• Same-day cancellations may result in loss of deposit or full booking charges.
• J Kingsman Inc. reserves the right to cancel, deny, or terminate services immediately if clients or guests are rude, abusive, threatening, violent, intoxicated, or unsafe toward performers, drivers, or staff.

4. Event Conduct & Client Responsibilities

Clients and guests must behave respectfully toward all performers, drivers, staff, and contractors.

Harassment, violence, aggressive behavior, non-consensual touching, illegal activity, or unsafe conditions will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that event locations comply with local laws, venue rules, hotel policies, Airbnb rules, and age requirements.

5. Independent Contractor Status

All performers, drivers, hosts, and entertainers are independent contractors.

Nothing within these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between J Kingsman Inc. and the client.

6. Non-Solicitation Agreement

Clients agree not to directly solicit, hire, recruit, attempt to book privately, or bypass J Kingsman Inc. to obtain services from any performer, driver, or contractor introduced through our network for a period of twelve (12) months.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Entertainment services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

J Kingsman Inc. makes no guarantees regarding personal preferences, performer compatibility, traffic delays, weather issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J Kingsman Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse, copy, attack, interfere with, scrape, spam, or attempt unauthorized access to any J Kingsman Inc. website, forms, servers, or booking systems.

9. SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number through our websites, you consent to receive booking-related calls, texts, or customer support messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes To These Terms

J Kingsman Inc. may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our websites or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
